Hello everybody.
I am new on the site and I need some help.
What is the difference between the two sentences below ? Which one can I use properly for a translation ? Are they correct ?
I think the first one is more usual and the second one more used literature.
Je crus qu'il était devenu fou : I thought he had become crazy
Je le crus devenu fou : I thought him become crazy

"Je crus qu'il était devenu fou : I thought he had become crazy" is OK.
Je le crus devenu fou : I thought him
