What does fiscal concern mean?

Hello,
I have a phrase "fiscal concerns "that i don't khow meaning whose meaning I don't know.
Can you help me please? .

Il suffit de faire un double clic sur ce mot, et vous avez sa définition!
qui est: soucis, entre autre!
plus l'euro est bas, plus cette économie est compétitive, et, par conséquent,plus les soucis fiscaux vont se réduire.

I really have never seen it before.But according to ur context,I guess fiscal concern probably means the government solution.
