Hello,
I just joined the web and I want to improve my English . People tell me that I speak a good English but that is not true I believe because sometimes it is very hard for me to have a chat with someone .
Sometimes I go to the bank and want to talk to a clerk about my account and it is hard for me to find the right words so they get confused. I got one more problem when I write English as I don't know how to use these (.,'? " ! ` - () | \) some of them I don't even know their names or their common names, so that is why I am here to solve those problems .
Thank you for your help.

, comma
; semi-colon
: colon
? question mark
" inverted commas
' apostrophe
! exclamation mark
( bracket () brackets
‒ dash
- hyphen
And you might want to look at this:
