j'aimerais s'il vous plaît que l'on m'explique le choix des mots suivants pour compléter les phrases.

A. interesting by b. interesting by
c. interested to d.interested in (c'est la bonne réponse)

He joined the company.......
a. five years before b.since five years (moi j'aurais plutôt mise celle-ci)
c. five years ago (c'est la bonne réponse) d.there were five years

How long........glasses?
a. are you having b.did you have
c. do you have d. have you had (c'est la bonne réponse)

Interested to would be used if followed by the infinitive.
I will be very interested to hear about your trip.

He joined the company.......
a. five years before b.since five years (moi j'aurais plutôt mise celle-ci)
c. five years ago (c'est la bonne réponse) d.there were five years
He has been with the company since 2005. (Start time required; action in the past, that continues today).
It has been 5 years since he joined the company. (We see when he started, but it is less clear if he continues to work there).

How long........glasses?
a. are you having b.did you have
c. do you have d. have you had (c'est la bonne réponse)
Action in the past, that continues today.
How long have you had glasses?
