Hi everybody,
I have a question about the following sentences because I don't understand what they mean.
I have to complete the sentences but I don't understand why we use BE and not HAVE
4. socks (chaussettes) - blue (bleu) => They are blue socks
7. shirts (chemises) - green (vert)=> They are green shirts
8. glasses (lunettes) - big (grand)=> They are big glasses
Please, could someone explain to me?
Many thanks in advance.

I think I have understood.
I need to translate with "Ce sont..." and not "Ils sont"
Is it exact?
Yes, to make the difference between "Ce sont" and "Ils sont" we need to understand the sentence
