Hi there,
I would like to know how to translate "un avoir" in English. In French, they often talk about "demander un avoir"(en général suite à un achat).
I know the words "VOUCHER" or "REFUND" but I don't know if that's the correct translation for it.
Thanks in advance for your help.
xx

Hello,
Possibly a 'credit' or 'credit note' is what is meant here. These can be used to be offset against the cost of a future purchase in the same store.
