Pour bien fixer cette structure, il faut penser que "sooner" est un comparatif de supériorité suivi de "than".

Dans la q3 j'emploierais which, pas that, car ici on a une 'non-restrictive relative clause'; les virgules sont un signe d'ailleurs.
