Hello !
Bonjour j'ai un mémoire à écrire en français sur une étude de 2 mois validation d'une méthode de dosage en laboratoire, 80 pages)....
Je dois faire à la fin un résumé en anglais.... Serait-il possible que vous vérifiiez l'orthographe, la grammaire et construction des phrases.

This dissertation presents the validation of the method for the determination of Rifampicin, used in the Laboratory of Pharmacology of the University Hospital of Rouen, according to the quality requirements in force and in particular ISO 15189, in order to accreditation by the French Committee Accreditation no later than 2016. Rifampicin, an antibiotic used mainly in cases of tuberculosis and for its anti-staphylococcal activity is measured in the laboratory on serum and plasma Lithium Heparin. The assay is done after protein precipitation with methanol and on line solid phase extraction by High Pressure Liquid Chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. An internal standard is used : Rifampicin-D8.
This study deals with the evaluation of various performance criteria in order to determine whether the results are within acceptable limits set. A comparison method is conducted since this analysis can be carried out either on two analytical systems : the 3200 and 4000 QTRAP.

Hello,
You could look at two small points:
(1) "in order to accreditation "...
There seems to be a verb missing here, possibly "achieve":
"in order to achieve accreditation"
(2) "French Committee Accreditation" should be "French Accreditation Committee"
