Choose suffixes/help

Hello!
Can you help me please?
If I want to change a verb to its noun form, how am I supposed to choose among all these possible suffixes:-age,-ment,-ure,-ion? And likewise how about choosing among -ty,-ity,-cy,-tude if the noun form of an adjective is wanted?
