Hello,
I have got a quesion on V-ing as a subject using a verb.
Should I say...
Eating good food and drinking water isn't enough to make us strong and healthy.
or
Eating good food and drinking water aren’t enough to make us strong and healthy.

Hello!
I would definitely use the plural form because there are 2 different actions. The subject is a plural so ' Are' seems fine to me!

In your sentence the two gerunds are not a unit of activities. The plural is required.
'Eating good food and drinking water' are two different units. You could use one of them alone and the sentence would still make sense.
If you say:
Drinking and driving is dangerous: here you talk about one unit because it is dangerous to do these actions together at the same time.
