Hi everyone,

I have got a question. Hopefully, I can get the answer here.
Thank you.
My question is below:
Someone who rides a bicycle is called a cyclist
Someone who rides a motorcycle is called motorcyclist
But what do we call a person who rides a scooter?

Your question is very interesting !
I think cyclist is composed of two words: cycle and suffix ( The cycle means a bicyle or motorcyle.
About who rides a scooter, I will call him a "scooterist"
