Voici le résumé de mon travail. Et je ne serais pas contre une bonne aide pour le corriger s'il vous plaît.

The French hospitals are all in a huge restruration right now. Evolution and modernisation are impacting the nurses practices and the care relationship with the patient.
Many studies shows that there is differrences between the care représentations and the real practices. New preoccupations are emerging in this care systhem. It's imposing constantly more and more constraints that create many disappointements.
This work was for me an occasion to study the contemporary transformations of the care relationship between nurses, patients and there famillies. Through an ethique reflection, professionnels can question they practices and find a way to anwser the new care asking.
