Bonjour,
I'am going to talk about the notion spaces and exchanges.
To begin with I'd like to give a definition of spaces: is an area or a places that is emply and exchanges is an act of giving or receiving something in substitution for something else.
Now I will focus on immigration in the USA in 20 (twetieth) and 21st Century.
For example Ellis Island was an immigration station which is located in ny's harbour, it was symbol of welcome and opportunity for the million of immigrants who came there. It oppened in 1892 and closed in 1924, it was a place to start over a new life and begin american dream.
The american dream means that all people living in united states can by his wor, His courage and his dertermination be successful even started with nothing.
We may wonder to that extent does immigration and the American dream possible ?
In other to illustrate the notion and his topic I have chose 3 documents.
The first document is an extract of the book '' Ellis Island and other stories" and is untilted ON THE THRESHOLD OF A NEW WORLD by Mark helpins.
This passage can be divided into 3 parts.
In the first part a narrator tells his encounter with a doctor in the galleries, he is examined by the doctor to see if he's healthy and he has no disease. The doctor is not welcoming and strict because he gives him oders, the narrator tries to protest but he is menaced.
In the second part a narrator is anthoer room with a woman officier who interviews him. She ask him about his job skills we learn that the narrator is eastern europe because he can speak Russian, German, Yiddish. He must be Jewish because he can speak Hebrew.

Hello !
I'am going to talk about (c'est un début qui est irritant lorsque l'on est examinateur pendant des heures et des jours ! )the notion spaces and exchanges.
To begin with I'd like to give a definition of X spaces: is an area or a places that is emply (??? voc?) and XX exchanges is an act of giving or receiving something in substitution for something else.
Now I will focus on immigration in the USA in XX 20 (twetieth) and 21st Century.
For example(??)Ellis Island was an immigration station which is(mélange des temps maladroit !) located in ny's harbour, it was XX symbol of welcome and opportunity for the million of immigrants who came there. It oppened in 1892 and closed in 1924, it was a place to start over(not really!!! ) a new life and begin XXX american dream.
The american dream means that all people living in XXX united states can by his(ne va pas avec all people) worX, His courage and his dertermination be successful even started with nothing.
We may wonder to that extent does immigration and the American dream Verb ? possible ?
In other to illustrate the notion and his topic I have chose 3 documents.
The first document is an extract of the book '' Ellis Island and other stories" and is untilted ON THE THRESHOLD OF A NEW WORLD by Mark helpins.
This passage can be divided into 3 parts.(Pitié! )
In the first part a narrator tells his encounter with a doctor in the galleries, he is examined by the doctor to see if he's healthy and he has no disease. The doctor is not welcoming and strict because he gives him oders, the narrator tries to protest but he is menaced.(Notice the passive forms which are used ...)
In the second part a narrator is XX anthoer room with a woman officier who interviews him. She ask him about his job skills we learn that the narrator is XXXX eastern europe because he can speak Russian, German, Yiddish. He must be Jewish because he can speak Hebrew.
So ? is that finished ? Visibly not ...
