Which of them are correct?
1. The pupils are doing a lot of exersises.
a. who are doing a lot of exersises?
b. Who is doing a lot of exercises?
2. The pupils do a lot of exercises.
a. Who does a lot of exersises?
B. Who do a lot of exercises?

First of all, the correct spelling is exercises.
Secondly, when you use 'who' in an interrogative sentence, the following verb must be conjugated in the third person singular regardless.
- Who speaks 5 languages?
- I do!
- Who is talking to that man?
- They are!
