Bonjour !
Je dois faire une traduction concernant le secteur immobilier. Elle est assez ardue donc je la ferai petit à petit, mais je voudrais déjà savoir si cette première partiefaisait avait sens pour vous (d'un point de vue syntaxique, grammatical, etc.).

In the real estate sector, some objectives are more recurrent than others. The annual construction of 500 000 new housing is one of them. This number, figured out by Michel Mouillart at the end of the 1980s and checked many times by the various players in the sector, quickly became the housing unavoidable utopia. Recently took over by Cécile Duflot, the Ministry of Housing’s package regarding the creation of new housing, “Objectifs 500 000”, is followed closely by Sylvia Pinel and examined by all stakeholders of the industry.
The issue of such a goal obviously is the acceleration of the housing construction on a territory with an important annual growth, a significant net migration and an historical deficit as for accommodations. It is also a question of answering back to a need of territorial cohesion and social mixing. To combine rightly private dwellings, mid-range accommodations and social housing is an essential issue when build fast has become a necessity. The SRU law has an impact on it since its promulgation at the end of 2000.
