Hello everyone .
I have a question about using both and either.
A. Which dress do you want to buy, the yellow or the black one?
B. They're ( both - either ) very nice.
I thinkit's "both" is the correct answer.
Which one is grammatically correct? and why?
Is it correct to use either instead of both in the previous sentence?

There are two possible answers:
- they're both very nice
- either of them is very nice

Hello,
If you have to respect the order of the words in the sentence you'll have to write:
- they're both very nice
You can't write
- they're either very nice, it's not possible.
