Bonjour,
erreurs en bleu, corrections en vert

What is the Civil Rights Act of 1964?
This It is a group of several laws. At the start those laws were made for the African American people but Howard W. Smith made an amendment who(amendment n'est pas un être humain) expand(prétérit) the laws to the whole population of the United States of America.(the devant les noms de pays pluriel)

Why the Civil Rights Act of 1964 have been created ? (auxiliaire mal placé en forme interrogative, et act est singulier)
Since the segregationist laws of Jim Crow established in 1876 (eighteen seventy-six), the black (plutôt black people sans the) suffer(since oblige à mettre un present perfect) from a lot of discrimination and exclusion in public places and services like in train or bus (pluriel). We can observe too an hiring discrimination
The life of the black population is made by (mauvais choix de verbe)inequalities and discriminations.

What does the Civil Rights Act of 1964 do?
The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibit (le s du présent) all forms of segregation in public places, the hiring discrimination, racism and sexism, discrimination by nationality and religion.
Those laws contributes(pluriel, donc pas de s, et un prétérit irait mieux) to the reformation of the American society.

Who signed was the Civil Rights Act of 1964?
In 1964 (nineteen sixty four) the Civil Rights Act was signed by Lyndon Baines Johnson, the 36th (thirty sixth) president of the United States of America. He was elected only 7 months after the John Fitzgerald Kennedy's murder. At this signature there was(pluriel) some famous people like Marlon Brando and Bob Dylan.

In conclusion the 1964 Civil Rights Act is a group of laws who prohibit every segregation and discrimination of the black population. It was signed in 1964 by Lyndon Baines Johnson the 36th president of the United States of America.
